That's why as a company we will discuss a installment plan of payments with yourself and both parties sign the document and keep a copy each before the project has begun.So you can rest assured you will know how much you will be paying and at what stage of the project and we always leave a retention payment for when you are happy that all the work has been completed to the highest standard and our happy for the final payment to be made.
